OAS Scholarships


The OAS Academic Scholarship Program has been in existence since 1958 and awards scholarships for undergraduate, master's, doctoral and postgraduate research at partner universities, as well as professional development grants.


DAAD Scholarships


The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), through the German Embassy in Uruguay, annually awards scholarships to international students, including Uruguayan students, to study in Germany. The scholarships available for Uruguayans are generally postgraduate and offer 3 types:

Endevour Scholarships

Banting Scholarships


The Government of Canada offers Banting scholarships for postdoctoral studies in medicine, natural sciences, engineering, social sciences and humanities at a Canadian institution. They are a maximum of 2 years (non-renewable), are granted approximately 70 a year, up to 70,000 dollars per year, are convened in April and are open until September.
